By registering, you confirm that your use of bjapp is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
Each individual may hold only one bjapp account. This restriction applies per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. If bjapp detects that a User is operating multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of abusing bonuses or for any other reason — bjapp reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any remaining balances without prior notice.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep your account details updated at all times. bjapp is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
bjapp may require you to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and a recent selfie — at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed satisfactorily.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bjapp username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received. bjapp staff will never ask you for your password. Any action taken on your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a compromised account to bjapp support immediately upon becoming aware of the issue.
If you suspect that your bjapp account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must immediately notify bjapp support via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. bjapp will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, but cannot be held liable for losses sustained prior to such notification.
bjapp strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is optional, bjapp accepts no liability for account compromises that could have been prevented had 2FA been active at the time of the unauthorised access.
bjapp processes all financial transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through the payment methods available on the platform, which include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change from time to time at bjapp's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount on bjapp is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the User's account verification tier.
bjapp aims to process withdrawal requests within the same business day. However, processing times may vary based on the payment method selected and the completion status of KYC verification. bjapp reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
You may only deposit funds into your bjapp account from payment sources registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered to you may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
An account is considered inactive if no login is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bjapp may apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 100 to accounts with a positive balance after the inactivity threshold has been reached. You will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers issued by bjapp are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded by bjapp are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x to 30x the bonus amount. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times using real-money bets before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. bjapp publishes the specific wagering multiplier for each promotion on the relevant promotion page.
Not all games on bjapp contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and cricket markets typically contribute 100%. Slot games contribute 100% unless otherwise stated. Live casino games, table games, and video poker may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution table for each active promotion is published within the promotion details.
bjapp maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (commonly known as "bonus hedging"), or using automated software to exploit promotional offers. bjapp reserves the right to void bonus funds, related winnings, and restrict accounts where such conduct is identified.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and associated free bets expire 30 days after being credited to your bjapp account. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited without compensation.
bjapp reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the platform at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where the bet is placed after an event has concluded, where an error in odds has occurred, or where bjapp has reasonable grounds to suspect that a bet forms part of a coordinated scheme to exploit the platform.
If bjapp publishes obviously incorrect odds due to a system error, human error, or technical fault, bjapp reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds and to re-settle at the correct odds, even if those bets have already been marked as settled.
In the event that a sporting fixture or casino event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned before the result is determined, all related bets on bjapp will be voided and stakes returned to the User's wallet unless specific game rules or sport-specific settlement rules published on bjapp dictate otherwise.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session on bjapp, the session will be reconstructed using server-side game logs. Where reconstruction is not technically feasible, bjapp may void the session and return the user's staked amount. bjapp shall not be liable for any losses arising from game interruptions caused by factors beyond bjapp's reasonable control, including user's internet connectivity failures.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on bjapp and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the bjapp platform — including but not limited to the bjapp brand name and logo, website design and layout, game content licensed from third-party providers, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of bjapp or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any bjapp content without prior written permission from bjapp.
bjapp is genuinely committed to the welfare of all its players. Gambling is intended to be a source of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. bjapp's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where changes are material, bjapp will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of bjapp following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the revision.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bjapp holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to bjapp's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute is not resolved satisfactorily through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under whose licence bjapp operates. bjapp will cooperate fully with any such escalation process.
